Biography
After several years in the technical sales industry after graduating from Arizona State University, I was ready for a change, and shifted my focus to the mortgage industry. I really felt like I had found an industry that allowed me to connect with people and truly make a difference their lives. Through my wife, who was a kindergarten teacher, I often spoke with teachers who wanted to become homeowners but didn’t think they would qualify or thought they couldn't afford the payments. As we explored their options, many teachers were excited to learn that not only was becoming a home owner much easier than they thought, it was cheaper than renting. As I started educating teachers on the home buying process and walking them through the experience of becoming a home owner, I realized this was my passion and hence the start of Teacher Home Advantage.
